In the journey of understanding business sales, we dismantled the pain points of business in the pre-sales stage.
Among them, we observed that the salesperson had some problems during the solution diagram drawing stage, so we proposed a sales tool to help them conduct better solution planning.

Design target
- Simple or complex content can be processed in the same framework, with easy-to-understand operation methods and easy-to-read results.
- Products will continue to iterate, so the entire set of products must be maintained as a guideline.
- The result can present a real sense of immersion, making customers believe that the salesperson understands their needs.
Solution
輕量且熟悉的工具包，讓業務更順利的學習與製作解決方案
使用PowerPoint作為工具包的載體，讓業務能夠以離線狀態下隨時可以開啟使用，也降低任何使用其它工具的學習門檻
Tool 1 : 空間模擬圖
空間模擬圖的建立，有助於閱聽者產生空間想像，配合圖面上疊加資訊說明，讓客戶更容易專注與吸收提案內容

將場域元件做多個分類，多樣的場域座位與螢幕類型，讓客戶能看到更貼近實際場域的樣子
Instruction
透過元件庫的分類，設計了一套流程搭建出所有的場域情境，即便沒有空間概念的使用者，依照順序使用即可搭建具立體感的情境圖
