Diagram Kit is a lightweight, portable toolkit designed to help sales teams build visual solutions with ease during the pre-sales stage. Built in PowerPoint, it requires no extra learning curve and can be easily shared, enabling faster and clearer communication of proposals.
While exploring the sales journey, we identified key pain points in the pre-sales stage—particularly during solution diagramming. To address this, we designed a tool to help sales teams plan and communicate solutions more effectively.
We also received a lot of feedback after it was released, which helped us continue to think about how to optimize this tool in subsequent updates.
In addition to helping in discussions with clients, the sales kit also help me see if there are any missing items when planning.
I hope that the components can be more detailed, including how many seats can be decided. This can become very practical case information.
The component saves me a lot of time looking for pictures, and it looks more professional at the same time.
The 3D diagram can help me and the client understand what the actual site will look like when I plan the proposal.
